This is food-grade 3% Hydrogen Peroxide used to safely clean and sanitize your equipment. Mix it at a ratio of 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 10 parts water so solution is roughly .3% hydrogen peroxide. Use a pump sprayer to spray your rinsed and cleaned trays to sanitize them and to clean other equipment like your knife, scale, harvesting table, etc.

I have heard of soaking seeds in hydrogen peroxide but I don't recommend it - I have never found a need to do it and there are no benefits.
